Managing Motherhood Support Groups
The transition to motherhood can be a complicated time. Often it can be very different than what you expected. That's normal! Managing Motherhood is a series of weekly support groups to help you during your pregnancy, and in the first few months of your new life as a mother. Our focus is to help you feel heard, experience community, and make a healthy adjustment to your new life and role.
If you're experiencing worry, sadness, fear, and stress - you're not alone, and you don't have to feel that way.
Some of the things we'll discuss are:
*Your relationship to yourself, your spouse, your baby and your body
*Your changing identity
*Parenting and co-parenting
*Coping skills for stress and challenging emotions
*Tools for managing worry
*How to know if you need more help
